This program is for Everyone!!
Being retired, you would think it's being late to work on your confidence. On the contrary, although I was pretty successful in my career, I'm still a bit of a shy, insecure individual.
Having hopefully still many years to be around, this program appealed greatly to me. I really love how the program is built, learning to see yourself as you are, but more importantly how to envision a more confident self and step into your role models. I will continue to listen to the hypnotic trances and replay in my mind the various exercises (admittedly, I'm still struggling with the 5 minutes exercise in front of a mirror).
Life is a continuous work in progress, but at least I feel my confidence growing daily, so kudos to Paul Mckenna
