When I took the quest for the first time, I experienced an immense boost of confidence, and I wanted to refresh it and boost it even more. I did 'Total Self-Confidence' again because I have an important meeting tomorrow. Even before finishing the quest today, I realized how much my confidence improved within the last few days. I am more confident already. I am more outgoing and highly motivated to take action. I love Paul McKennas Quests and can highly recommend them. I can say (with confidence) that you will love this quest as much as I do.
