Over the past few months, no matter what Quest or spiritual practices I was engaging in, I felt numb and uninspired. I have been having self-confidence and self-belief issues, and struggling with my faith.
In May this year, I did Paul Mckenna's Everyday Bliss Quest and since then most days I continue to listen to his hypnotic trance to find some kind of peace within, to deal with the chaos I have to face daily from the external world. This started to have an extremely powerful effect, I began laughing and joking with my husband again.
It was a 'no-brainer' for me to take this Quest, as it spoke to the very issue I was experiencing.
Again, these hypnotic trances are my go-to, to starting my day. I do still feel I have some work to do on my self-confidence, but having all these tools and trances to listen to, I know I am fully supported.
