"I did notice great leaps forward, particularly in believing in myself"

Well I guess like most people we all feel a little rattled when it comes to total confidence. I enjoyed the course it gave me a number of good techniques to practice, but unfortunately a few times I did fall asleep on the trance audio.
I am not a beaming tower of confidence yet, but I did notice great leaps forward, particularly in believing in myself and my abilities, and therefore my level of confidence when I perform things that I previously found challenging.
