"Srikumar Rao is teaching perennial wisdom in easily digestible bytes"

Overall, the most helpful thing for me regarding Professor Rao's quest was that his suggestions were always timely, real to my life, and practical. A big shift was moving my focus from having goals to concentrating on the process of achieving them, and it was so encouraging that he emphasized a non-judgemental spiritual approach to life's situations - Good thing, bad thing, who knows?
