Prior to the Quest I was allowing myself to react with panic and anxiety especially in response to situations involving my grown children. I was internalizing their struggles and making them my own and suffering when they did I not behave how I thought they should. This course has truly helped me change my perspective and the wSt I perceive life and assisted me in altering my responses to whatever the universe presents. I have been involved in transformational type work for many years however I have truly resonated with Dr Rao’s delivery of the principals and tools snd have finally begun to assimilate them into my approach to life! I can’t wait to repeat the Quest!
