The reason I took this quest was to learn, anything, whatever came my way, and, speaking honestly, I have learnt and grasped many things I took for granted or gave no thought to it
My biggest change is to speak my mind with more confidence, and the best way to do this is to drag my husband into the positives and bring change in him, too. Of the three major changes that I harped on, the only one I managed to make him change was his habits that I did not like.
My top 3 insights are consciousness, not carrying old baggage, dropping what is not important, Setting Goals, focusing, mindfulness, not expecting anything in return for good deeds, doing things, and moving on. Life is a journey, learning to be Happy despite fatigue, losses, etc. And above all, Dr Rao and your team, it was the kind, slow, small lessons that took little time. As a teacher/ educator, retiree, and Relief teacher, it is a way also to keep this old mind dulling and forgetting, and keeping it awake. Thankyou.
