The Quest for Personal Mastery
"My biggest areas of change are how I view relationships, my calmness and acceptance of situations with ease"
So happy to have completed the Quest. But I‘ll miss the daily audios, so will definitely do the Quest again and take the journey to the next level. One of the biggest learning shifts for me was: ‘Good thing, bad thing, who knows’. My post-assessment had an overall growth of 37 points. My biggest areas of change are how I view relationships, my calmness and acceptance of situations with ease and how much more I enjoy the moment. Even today as. I sat at my desk struggling to feel inspired about what I was writing, I decided to go for a walk in nature. Instead of my usual habit of taking my mind for a walk, I managed to switch off the chatter, be in the moment and engage all my senses in enjoying the beautiful surroundings. I came home so much more inspired and relaxed.
