"It will hopefully help me recover balance and peace of heart and mind"

My life has been extremely eventful...full of high ups and low downs...love, magical adventures, experiences and encounters, deep source connection, as well as bothersome despair, threw in.. It has been punctuated with loss of loved ones, earthquakes, fires and more.

Seemed blessed to have a high level of resilience and positivity to apply to all the life events hurtled at me. My focus became health and wellness, yoga, meditation and personal growth at an early age, discovering the sad reality of our health system. Music and voice were also a passion though kept getting put off. In contrast, small things now seem stressful, though not obvious to others. I just finished the Silva Ultramind and found it really helpful, I had taken a 2 day Silva Method course about 25 years ago in LA when a dear friend was critically injured and it was great to go to next level with it..

I'm looking forward to this course with Srikumar Rao...the truths expounded so far speak to my heart...and will hopefully help me recover balance and peace of heart and mind as well as clarity and inspiration as to what is next.
