“I can see progress in my emotional life”

There is more energy at waking up in the morning and how I confront recurring difficult situations. Negative chatter is more under control, and I am increasing my capacity to enjoy the moment, being calmer and living with more ease. That makes me very happy.  [...] In the course of the Quest, I am becoming a little more fluid and less hard on myself. An ideal day would be to raise full of energy after a resting night. My list of things to do would be reasonable and I would be able to accomplish most of it , leaving some time to rest, read and enjoy myself or to be available for others. This description is not so far from the first one, but the most important is that it would be a day where I would stay centered, calm and joyful
