The Quest for Personal Mastery

"I start every day with mindfulness and doing this Quest"

Now that I do this Quest for the second time, I see a lot more progress. The first time I was just not ready to really go for it and to transform my life ... there was far too much going on in my life, so I got stuck in week 4. I simply couldn’t manage it to complete the Quest anymore. I’m so glad that this time I really played full out. I start every day with mindfulness and doing this Quest... I feel so more calmer and relaxed and really enjoy my days. I am more aware and feel more compassion and love than ever before.
