A few months ago I had a severe anxiety episode that shaken me inside out, and I knew I had to do something before anxiety was taking over my life completely. That's when The Quest For Personal Mastery came up and I felt was exactly what I needed. What did I learn? Awareness is the key to living consciously, to see all the negative beliefs, models and realities that we created; observing, accepting and letting go of everything that is not serving me anymore is so empowering! Knowing that I have all the resources I need inside me, all the coping mechanisms of how to deal with fear and anxiety is so liberating! I am so grateful that I decided to take The Quest that empowered me with the opportunity to choose my mindset. Thank you dr Rao and thank you Mindvalley!
