The Quest for Personal Mastery

"Dr. Rao explained the concepts in ways that are clear, unique, and attainable with useful techniques"

I found Dr. Rao on the YouTube interview and I really liked what he shared. I was thrilled to find out that he teaches at Mindvalley.com.
It started out quite rough, I was in physical pain which had been draining my energy, both physically and mentally. I wanted to regain my resilient self.

During the program, I learned many techniques to observe my mental chatter, focus on the process instead of the outcome, feeling of gratitude, and more. Although some of the concepts were familiar to me, Dr. Rao explained them in ways that are clear, unique, and attainable with useful techniques.
As he suggested, I ordered some flashcards to continue practicing what I learned in a course. Life is indeed a work in progress!
