"I have learned to say no when I feel that this is the right answer in order to be more peaceful and happy"

I learned to be less controlling and more in the flow. I started worrying less about the future and be in the present moment, taking one day at a time and making every day count. I learned self-acceptance and being kinder to myself. I understand that it is also okay not to be okay. I have learned to say no when I feel that this is the right answer in order to be more peaceful and happy. I have found my passion and my life purpose: I started writing and became an author. I know that I continue doing this and share my stories with the world.
