For most of my adult life yoga has been my primary exercise. Some years I devoted more time to it than others. Recently I have joined an exercise program that involves mainly weightlifting and some limited cardio. I have missed the flexibility that is created in a dynamic yoga practice.
I have it that the yoga programs with which I have participated in the past work perfectly for me and that I do not need any other program. And my experience with the Integral program has opened my awareness that finding space for how something new fits into what I currently use is transformational. I am excited to discover what this program shows me.
