"Now, I can say that I do feel better in many ways, more calm and relaxed"

When I decided to start this program, I was almost convinced that I will get better at the end in some way, specially in discovering my inner strenght and use it to feel better and to live better. Now, I can say that I do feel better in many ways, more calm and relaxed, meditation has given me this, and I can see that every time I meditate on my own it takes me a little longer, so that is a sign that I am at least enjoying what I am doing, and my body tells me that it feels better. Will endure with this meditation practice and hope to continue improving on all those aspects that make your life and mine as well, better, happier, abundant. See you soon
