Before this program, I was stressed out and noticed I was more snappy and was raising voice on my daughter, my partner, and just was irritable. Peace is very important in my life, and I knew I needed to do something to help myself. After doing just about 10 days od M Word technique, I already noticed the change, I become calmer, happier, especially after Love Bomb, it is a real positive bomb, I would recommend to all my friends, colleagues and who I know, to use this technique, as it works. After 33 days, I am calm(most of the time:)), also, as was mentioned in the course, I think I am more sensitive, passionate. I can see how my partner reacts to small problems, and how I stay calm, that's a huge bonus for me. I still lose myself in thoughts, especially if meditate on my own, but I continue to do it, even that the quest is finished, for now. Thank you Emily and to your team!
