Before this Program I'm Just Learning how to Meditate I'm learning with Insight Timer how to Sleep because I have insomnia it's hard for me to sleep and during this Program even though I'm just starting I have full faith in Emily Fletcher that she will teach me every thing I need to know about The M. Word of Meditation and how to do life!! I am so very thankful and Grateful for this Program and All of Mindvalley Programs!!
