Before I started this quest, I had meditated on and off but never consistently. 

Emily's M Word helped me to form the habit of meditating every day and loving it. She taught me that every meditation doesn't have to be perfect and so I relaxed into it. I now meditate every morning for about half an hour and my life is so much happier and open. Thank you Emily. xxx
