1 month after completing the quest I found an easy program I can stick to and make flexible. I have not had this much of a increase in strength in such a short time from going from 14 knee push ups to 12 standard push ups in two months and overall feeling more stronger.
The reason I wanted to do the quest was I wanted to have an exercise routine that was efficient and was good for all areas of fitness, also because I could not get a gym membership and thought I would not get stronger without exercising in a gym and I got that and learnt so much along the way the body and it gave me much knowledge on choosing exercises and making my own exercise routines in the future. I now spend about 30 min a day on normal exercise with and it is something I can do anywhere without a gym, I gave me the tools to exercise and recover much more quickly in a very well-put course.
