"I am happy to be learning and acting on the things that I learn"

I am presently on my 7th Day. Presently nothing to talk about in terms of actual progress as I haven't done my Initial Test - The Exercises Nor The Body Mass Index, Fat, Blood Glucose etc and may not be able to do the same in the immediate days due to the Corona Virus Shut Down In India.
There is Curfew and cant go out of our houses. But the baisc learnings/knowledge that has been shared by Ben has been a revelation and has opened the way ahead for me. Physically,I seem to to be slim (except for my tummy which is a bit out) and quite okay compared to people of my ge of 50 years, in India (I actually dont feel 50 and feel very young mentally.
I play Computer Games with my two young boys of 10 and 7 years and enjoy the company of younger people). But Physically because of my laziness and extremely sedentary lifestyle my health is actually in a total mess. Neckaches, Backaches, general Fatigue, lack of mental clarity, just dont like to exercise (though earlier I was into major sports till age 26 or 27 years- Athletics, Taekwondo, Swimming, Hockey, Football Volley Ball and what not. But after 27 or 28 I left all sports. Last 10 years have been extremely sedentary lifestyle and body complains due non-maintenance and carelessness. Add to that the challenges of the Joints and Muscles because I have Ankylosing Spondilosis - An Auto Immune Disease (since 13 years) that attacks the Hips, the Cervical, The Backbone (makes it a stiff like Bamboo) etc.

So there we have me as a great challlenge. But I am happy to be learning and acting on the things that I learn and look to making a comeback to life and live a Healthy, Long and Happy life and looking Aesthetically Good as I do it. Hope I am right there and look up to your support getting towards our goals. Wishing progressive days ahead.

Regards. Mazhar
