"The course was an awakening for me of the potential of what you can truly accomplish when you attack life at a completely different level"

Hello my name is Brian and I have been self-employed for the last 30 years through the good the bad and the ugly that business life can throw at you. Haha
Today I'm more excited than ever to have changed paths again in life and am living in Thailand with my wife and daughter since the beginning of 2020. I am writing books, music, podcast, and started a publishing business ohh and a part time rice farmer. I mean really part time rice farmer. Hey my family has got to eat!

I just joined Mindvalley and signed up for Steven's course as I recognized him as the co-writer with Peter Diamandis on their two books Bold and Abundance which were fabulous books.

The course was an awakening for me of the potential of what you can truly accomplish when you attack life at a completely different level of life. I started my year fresh to become a writer never written a book in my life. I can write music in my sleep where time disappears as I now recognize as a flow state.

Before I took Steven's course in October I had completed writing my fourth book published episodes for my comedy podcast where I write the script music for it and this was without any guidance at all. I keep thinking what if I knew this stuff at the beginning of this year or how about 30 years ago. Mind-blowing. The discipline of getting all your motivators stacked and in alignment. I started eliminating things I was spending time on that were not in alignment with my mtp or hhg or my daily goals.

A few nights I ended up in dreamland wrapping these concepts up in my brain. I have awoken everyday at 4am for the last 11 months and spent an hour and a half meditating to find out Steven starts at 4am and starts writing for 4 hours.
After that episode, I took the six-phase meditation and now spend 20 minutes meditating and attack my writing till 9am what a difference.
Automatize is my new buzz word.
Leaning into my fears.
These are amazing concepts when explained.

Motivation and determination have always been a strong part of my life yet when I have everything going in the same direction I will be able to accomplish so much more.

I have realized for a long time that life is a journey and not a destination so these concepts for lifelong learning fit so well with my overall life goal.

Thank you Steven for opening my eyes to a new world. I am looking forward to going at life with The Habit of Ferocity as my foundation.
Cheers

“I am very impressed with our Quest“

I feel like I'm getting to more and more delicate, vulnerable, sensitive places in myself. It started with goals, which required a deep intimate meeting with myself (what interests me, what I want, what I desire), and now in the last week a meeting with fears (how to work with them, how to work o...

"For me, the Habit of Ferocity has truly been a unique experience"

In early 2019, I happened upon MindValley’s Habit of Ferocity quest. As a big fan of Steven Kotler’s writing and research at the Flow Genome Project, I decided to dig deeper into what this quest was all about. I’d barely skimmed the syllabus before concluding it was not only a unique and in...

Focus and health were always on my list. But due to my busy schedule, I became lazy and often distracted. I gained weight and didn't focus on my studies and my work. I felt lost. My professor asked us to take up this course for an assignment. I was not sure if I wanted to do this course b...
