"I am back on track due to this course"

Focus and health were always on my list. But due to my busy schedule, I became lazy and often distracted. I gained weight and didn't focus on my studies and my work. I felt lost.
My professor asked us to take up this course for an assignment. I was not sure if I wanted to do this course but I thought there is nothing wrong with learning new things.
First, it was difficult but then daily action became a habit and now I could say I am back on track due to this course. I am really thankful for such an amazing course.
