The Habit of Ferocity

"Gave me the clarity and structure of what I have accomplished, which is the foundation of success"

Hello ?
My story so far is as follows:
I am an educated person
1. BA of Philosophy
 2. MA of Psychology
 3. HND in business
And many other certificates and diplomas like Phlebotomy certification, Mental health first aide, Health and well-being champion…..
 Stop smoking coach certification….
My interest at the moment for the last 2-3 years are oriented towards Holistic health, Nutrition, exercise, optimal physical, mental and spiritual health.
I am struggling to express and pass my knowledge to others….
I am long term learner. I love learning, but all knowledge stops with me….
I am not successful Carrier wise. I am overqualified for my job role, which is Word Clark in hospital.
I am a Wellness advocate with DoTerra as a hobby. I love everything to do with alternative ways to heal and self help, and positive psychology, and nutritional psychology…..
Before I enrolled in this quest, I was already on my transportation journey.
 ?I created my new habits
 sleep routine
 Meditation
 Morning pages
 Exercise
 Sauna
 Piano playing
Home duties and time for the family
? I shared my passion of Aromatherapy and healthy living with the world by creating page and Privet group for Holistic help and Aroma on Facebook
? I overcame my fears of rejection and incompetence with making video content about essential oils and how they can help to reach your lifelong goals….
All my actions were made intuitively.
The Habit of Ferocity gave me the clarity and structure of what I have accomplished, which is the foundation of success.
I haven’t reached that pick performance point yet, but now I believe I am on the right path.
This is the most important thing for me!
Reassurance that I am on the right path to my success.
Love,
 Deni

"I approach things now with a different mindset"

Since skill can be acquired through grit and practice, one of the most significant learnings for me on this quest, means that I can ultimately experience that sense of flow in areas I feel anxiety towards. And for me, that means starting to vulnerably put myself out there.
