Seven Sacred States with Vishen Lakhiani
Attending the Seven Sacred States felt like timely guidance for where I am in life right now.
Mindfulness helped me pause and truly see where I am, what I am doing, and how things are unfolding for me. I initially missed the live session, but the recording helped me reflect deeply and brought awareness to my current state.
The session on Faith moved me deeply. The story shared resonated strongly—it showed how faith can help one overcome even the most difficult situations. It felt like an invitation to open the door beyond my own limitations and believe that different outcomes are possible.
The day on Love felt very natural to me. I especially connected with the waitress story. Practicing kindness, empathy, and understanding others’ perspectives is something I already do, so this session brought a sense of joy and reassurance that I am aligned in this area.
Stillness helped me recognize where I stand. Through my meditation practice, I already experience faith and love in my daily life, and this session made me feel that I am in the right phase—grounded, calm, and present.
The session on Non-Attachment was eye-opening. I realized that I tend to get attached to outcomes, and this explained why results sometimes come easily and sometimes don’t. Learning to let go—to be okay whether something happens or not—was something I truly needed to understand.
With Devotion and Ritual, I realized how important consistency is, even on days when motivation is low. I reflected on the rituals I already practice and added journaling to my routine. Within just a few days, journaling has given me clarity in situations where I felt stuck or unsure about decisions. The idea of service also stood out—I noticed that I am often more dedicated when doing things for others than for myself, and this helped me shift my perspective.
Finally, Receptivity brought deep insight. I realized one of my biggest blocks is the question, “Do I deserve this?” While I want certain things, self-doubt often pushes me away when opportunities arise. From the later sessions, I clearly saw what had been missing. The statement “I can have it all” stayed with me. I am choosing to believe it and to become more receptive. I’ve noted down three desires and am consciously working through them with awareness of the seven chakras.
Thank you so much, Vishen. Your dedication in spending one hour daily with us made a real difference in my life. I felt clarity at a time when I felt stuck and unsure how to move forward. I’m truly grateful and very much looking forward to your book in 2027.
