Before I did the 7 Sacred States Challenge, I was feeling lost with all the different programs/podcasts/philosophies and wasn’t able to execute change as most of the time was spent in learning more and more. During the 7 days challenge I learned to pause and focus on the homework. The easy to understand lessons and the easy to do homework brought big changes—more mindfulness throughout the day. I am grateful to this free challenge as it has brought me back to being mindful as much as possible without feeling guilty/having fear of missing out during the day. It helped me raise my frequency which is what I was trying to accomplish but was unable to do so. Thank you Vishen
