This meditation made me more aware of my everyday life, made me feel "in control", made me focused and motivate, and that changed everything. I was no longer a boat drifting away without a captain, I was the captain at the command of this ship, at the command of my life. I was able to fully energise myself in the morning, to set intentions and become very focused. And I noticed I was shaping the reality around me as well.
The 6 Phase Meditation is a very well structured, simple, yet complex meditation, covering all essential aspects of the meditation practice to help you change your mindset. I recommend it for beginners and advanced practitioners as well, but mostly for brainy people with a high visualisaton power.
