I had taught Mindfulness to my third graders for several years and always felt a little guilty that what I was teaching them to do, I could not seem to do. That is until I found the 6 Phase Meditation. The manifesting that occurred was much quicker than I had imagined. I was attracting people into my life that have helped propel me in my quest to create a paradigm shift in education. I felt a sense of peace and joy that had been missing from my life. I just need to be sure I take time each day to start with the meditation or some form of it.
