The 6 Phase Meditation

"I do not get anxiety and panic attacks anymore"

I am a UI designer and an engineering student. I have to do client projects along with my classes. This was leading to some anxiety.

After doing The six-phase meditation I feel calm and relax. I do not get anxiety and panic attacks anymore. I have some internal brain injury also nuts after this 6 phase meditation practice, It is not bothering me.

Thanks, Mindvalley for the meditation program. Be happy Be Bright and Be You
