Before this quest I have been falling in and out of depression, contemplating giving up trying and moved to suicide. I have now completed a few and still busy with another few quests that I enjoy thoroughly. 
The 6 phase has now shown me exactly what I want and how to get there. This includes finances, travel the world, write a best seller and self-publishing.
