"I’m noticing more and more how quickly I am able to shift a negative thought to a positive one"

The first thing I noticed was how my thought shifted from a scary nightmare I was having. I was stuck in a room with someone who was very scary and my thought shifted and took me to my happy place which is the beach and I was amazed. I’m noticing more and more how quickly I am able to shift a negative thought to a positive one.
