Had a fantastic experience after practicing this meditation, I would call it as "soul-touching". The day was much more under control and conscious. I have been meditating for decades but this method took me to all new level. I did a bit of relaxation and pranayama before getting into the guided meditation that helped to achieve deeper levels.
