"I found the 1-2-3 and the eye fixation techniques to boost my skills the most"

It's been an interesting and rewarding journey thus far. I started at 264 WPM and my goal was to double by the end of the sessions, I shot past it a bit at 540 WPM, but I know that with less and less subvocalisation I can progress beyond even double that. I found the 1-2-3 and the eye fixation techniques to boost my skills the most. The mindmapping and questioning were really useful to retain the information. I am now replacing my phone and social media behaviour with reading, so whenever I feel I want to go on to the phone or social media, it triggers a question, "isn't this a good time to read?" and then I'll do that instead unless I have a particular purpose with the phone or social media. I am definitely using the first class in my coaching practice to show my clients the power they have over their destinies and their path and how just upgrading your systems will enhance your life.
