I realized I was not very motivated usually when I am at casual gatherings. As such I do not pay attention to names and content of conversation. With M.O.M, I found my WHY and instantly I am motivated. My family has history of dementia, and I am motivated to not to be one. You don’t use it (brain), you lose it.
