"The quest is an eye opener"

Before this program I was trying to help others without making time for myself. I learned that self-love and self-care is not selfish and most importantly that your habits make you. I was able to share and teach this experience to my family. My kids did the work also and they are only 10 and 11, they enjoyed it. The quest is an eye opener to understand how much there is still to learn and sometimes it not about learning new things but unlearning bad habits which have blocked us being all what we can be. Thanks to Jim Kwik and this quest, I believe I am better person, better father, a better boss and now I am able to keep helping other through the knowledge gained.
