"The biggest positive changes are that I feel more focused and relaxed"

Before this quest I hade to write notes to remember what I should do, I had to check the grocery list over and over again and I had a hard time remembering names, recipes, facts and information.

The reason I enrolled in this quest was that I wanted to learn faster for my own growth, I wanted to remember names, recipes, all the small things in a big project and to remember things I try to learn that is important to me. I recommend this quest to anyone who wants to improve in there learning skills and care about their personal development. I have noticed that I know remember names much easier and I can cook recipes that I have never cooked before without even having to look at the recipe more than once.

The biggest positive changes are that I feel more focused and relaxed. My routines have changed so that I am more focused and alert. This quest was super! I will never stop learning!
