"Thanks to the program, I learned that I just needed to change my learning techniques"

Before this program, I questioned my capacity to learn faster. I was a slow learner according to my point of view. Also, my memory was not as sharp as it is now.
Thanks to the program, I learned that I just needed to change my learning techniques. My eating and sleeping habits changed. I began to understand how important it is to eat brain food even though I exercise. Consuming brain nutrients and getting enough brain rest has helped improve my memory tremendously. I keep in mind that I am in work in progress; even though, my learning pace and memory improved.
