I can confidently agree with Jim Kwik that there is no good or bad memory because there's only a trained and untrained memory. 

Imagine going from forgetting if you shampooed your hair to confidently being able to recall the first 30 elements of the periodic table... "Transformation" is a major keyword in Mindvalley.
