"Speedy reading absorbs my distraction like a sponge"

Before this session of Super Brain, I was distracted by digital stuff while reading the book. the problem is that I was reading too much carefully. the more space in my brain, the less focused I was. Speedy reading absorbs my distraction like a sponge. using pencils or finger point helps me to boost learning power. This tip was very much appreciated. Thank you, Jim !
