I've always associated myself with having a bad memory. I can recall as long as I can remember, that not remembering something "ran in my family" and truly believed it! There was also an identity to it; I didn't take time to focus on something because that is just not what I could do.
Upon taking this course, the memory lessons and different tools were tough for me to understand...at first. It took me a few reviews before I could grasp it (thank you, implementation days). About halfway for things really to start clicking: Be SUAVE, basic association, etc. These were things that I was starting to understand.
Now people turn to ME to remember names, dates, numbers and directions.
I wish everyone could take this class.
