Before I started this course I had recently moved from Greece to Cyprus for a restart with a demanding new job. I felt overwhelmed with everything. The Super Brain course by Jim Kwik, through Mindvalley felt like a mentor took me by the hand and helped me cope with all the new information/stimuli flooding my brain. In a FUN way, step by step I felt more confident and resilient with my mental abilities and coped much better with everything. In addition, it helped me improve my diet with Super brain foods and encouraged me to move more, since as Jim says, "when the body moves the brain grooves". Now that I completed this course I have allready started with the next one and feel supported just by knowing I can evolve daily, step by step. Mindvalley was the best investment I have made for myself this past year and am very grateful for having it in my life, also encouraging anyone who has been thinking about it to actually push that button and do it!
