Before this program I believed that I just had bad memory. But there is no such thing as bad/good memory just a train memory. Thanks to this program. I no longer believe that my memory is bad or good just need to be trained. My brain is super and is like a computer and what I program it, that's what it will run. My memory has awoken and now my life is becoming a lot less challenging especially remembering/ memory. Atomic Negative Thoughts (ANTS) are slowly going away well at least I catch them before they catch me. Thank you Jim and I have to thank myself for having the courage to move forward in this Brain Quest journey. Ps: I know the sun list like I know my own name and have been adding to it plus it does help my memory. It's amazing!!! How's my BRAIN... SUPER!!! I'm Loving it
