"I am very excited to walk through the steps in this course in order to recharge my brain"

As a 67 year old post menopausal women, memory isn’t the greatest skill with each year that passes. I am very excited to walk through the steps in this course in order to recharge my brain and gain new skills for memory. There are so many other bonuses to this course - and great mechanics. Already I’ve begun new morning routines and am feeling energized. I will continue to remain open and act! Getting back to daily journaling has already been extremely helpful.
