The steps that Jim has taught are brilliant and indeed by taking his advice I have actually adapted his methods to improve the way I do things to help me to remember, so it is whatever works for you. I also find meditation helps because it slows your "busy" brain down and helps you gain clarity, Jim's methods were easier than I had anticipated and so much fun. Everyone should try them out you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
