"I signed up for this program to help me read the 20 books on my shelf and learn to remember things easier especially names"

I signed up for this program to help me read the 20 books on my shelf and learn to remember things easier especially names. I have great responsibilities in my profession and running a business on the side and my mind feels like an old computer that has used up all its memory, RAM and Data. I am also doing this along with my daughter who is 9 years old and want to see if this will help her struggle less and find the path of less resistance that I didnt have.
