"I want to nail my main issue which is being focus and being present when I have a conversation"

I have problems with concentration or remembering things lately. My main issue is I have a lot of anxiety when I talk to people in general and people that I find attractive. It makes me think too much and want to leave the scene as soon as possible. So I find it hard to connect with people. I want to nail my main issue which is being focus and being present when I have a conversation. And hopefully this will eliminate other related issue on different aspects in my life
