I just started this program. I really hope to improve my memory, not only to remember names, but also words and terms I need to use on my daily work. English is my second language, but the funny thing is that I have trouble getting words and terms in my native language too. This is my main motivation to participate in this program. No progress yet. I just started. Thank you ?
