"I want to do everything that I can to take care of my brain"

On October 25,2016, my job ended due to some changes in the company that I had worked with for about 14 years. I also discovered about one year later than my mother had been diagnosed with medium to severe Alzheimer's. This past 3 plus years has been very stressful for me. I do know the symptoms of Alzheimer's and I also know that stress can cause some of those same symptoms. I have noticed some changes in my own memory, and I want to do everything that I can to take care of my brain. This course is just one of the steps that I am taking. The photo is one of my two brothers and my mom.
