"All the new techniques that I have learned are very helpful"

Before this program, I had a lot of self-doubt. Telling myself that I was no good and always getting down on myself for very little things.
I had a brain aneurism when I was 12 years old, I had to relearn how to do everything that I can do today.
One of my biggest problems was memory. Someone would tell me something and minutes or seconds later I'd forget what that person said. This was really embarrassing.

Fast forward to now, I still have memory problems mostly with names and numbers. My mom had sent a link for the Superbrain system and I have to say that it was the best decision I've made. All the new techniques that I have learned are very helpful. The technique of killing ANTs is by far the best technique that I picked up.
