I believed my lack of remembering was due to a poor memory because my mum was such a forgetful person so I assumed it was a gene thing.
After studying Jim Kwik's Superbrain, I realized it had nothing to do with genes but a lack of mental exercises. I've started retaining more information and have even begun enjoying reading and studying due to this course, I've seen the potential and the achievement rate become higher now.
I'm excited when delving through Mindvalley courses, I now realize my dreams are still within reaching range.
